We are working to reduce our carbon emissions by 55 percent per internal employee from our 2019 baseline by 2030. Our carbon emission reduction plan is focused on renewables, waste reduction, low-carbon transportation choices, and fostering a sustainable supply chain. Our goal is to engage our internal and external stakeholders in a continuous dialogue about our ESG performance. Our ESG disclosures align with the following reporting frameworks: the Carbon Disclosure Project (鈥淐DP鈥), the Global Reporting Initiative (鈥淕RI鈥), Sustainable Accounting Standards Board ("SASB"), the S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment (鈥淐SA鈥) and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (鈥淭CFD鈥). As a corporate participant of the United Nations Global Compact (鈥淯NGC鈥), we also demonstrate our alignment with the UN鈥檚 Sustainable Development Goals (鈥淪DGs鈥) and report to the UNGC Communication on Progress (鈥淐OP鈥).
